What is the shelf life of these products?
Generally, these products have a shelf life of about 6 months to 1 year. None of them are made with preservatives so please be sure to avoid getting water in the product, use with sanitized fingers, store in a cool, dark, dry area (NOT bathrooms), and use up quickly. Refunds or returns will not be accepted for spoiled products.

Do you accept refunds or returns?
No, refunds and returns will not be accepted for any reason. All orders are final sale. Please be aware of this before placing an order.

Do you accept custom orders?
I am usually happy to accommodate custom orders! Please contact me with your request, and I will see what I can do.

I have a sensitivity to one of the ingredients in your product - can I get a version of it without that ingredient?
Yes! Please contact me to make sure I can accommodate your request, but there should be no problem leaving out an ingredient or replacing it with something else. 

SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
Since everything is handmade and made to order, orders will need up to 7 business days to process before shipped. From there, whatever shipping selection and the shipping carrier you chose will determine how long shipping will take. Please contact the shipping carrier for any questions about your shipment.
